I’ve ordered from you on Etsy – will I receive the same products & customer service as I have there?
When you order on my website, you are ordering from the exact same person/company that you ordered from on Etsy. All items are personally handmade by me – Glenda – and they ship in exactly the same way. The difference is that Etsy is a marketplace for multiple merchants. I can’t combine your order here with another shop’s order and, if Etsy has offered you a special coupon I won’t be able to honor that here. What I can offer is many more items than you see on my Etsy shop (being honest – listing items on Etsy is quite expensive) and, I offer newsletter subscribers on my website multiple discounts and coupon codes throughout the year.
When will my item(s) ship?
Your order will be handmade once it is placed. Mini pillows require 3-5 days to hand make and mini bedding sets take 5-7 days. I keep you informed of when your order ships by providing you with a tracking number by email. It’s possible your order may go out faster than 3-7 days but I give myself a couple of days cushion as I frequently have an influx of orders. I always manage orders on a first in – first out basis.
How long does shipping take?
Most of the orders I ship are sent through the United States Postal Service. Typically, your order will arrive in 3-7 business days from the date it is shipped – depending on how far or remote you are. I’m located in Fergus Falls, MN – zip code 56537 – if you would like to check on typical shipping times to your location.
Do you accept custom orders?
If you are in need of an item that I do not have in stock on my website, please reach out to me.
I am pretty busy and process orders every day so I can’t always accommodate special requests but I will review your request and respond to you within 48 hours with information.
