Hi there! I’m Glenda, the owner and maker behind Witchity Stitchity Boo, a cozy handmade sewing business based out of my home in central Minnesota. I work from a renovated bedroom turned sewing room, where every item is lovingly stitched by me.
I named my business Witchity Stitchity Boo because people often ask if I’m Glenda, like the Good Witch of the North — and, in addition to loving everything Wizard of Oz, I like to think there’s a little magic injected in what I do! Stitchity stands for my love of sewing, and Boo adds a touch of fun and whimsy to it all.
This website houses my always in stock items as well as my Limited Drop—your one place to snag limited‑quantity minis before they disappear. I have an Etsy shop as well where I offer the same items you see here in my regular shop. A Little Bit More About Me
I create each item you see here with love, care, and my trusty Brother sewing machines. From whimsical little 12th scale bedding sets to cozy little 2″ mini pillows, every piece is handcrafted by me in my home studio. Sewing isn’t just a craft — it’s my passion, my therapy, and my way of sharing joy and comfort with others.
I’m a proud wife to my wonderful husband, Joe, and mom to two amazing children. My son Jacob is an adult now, and we share a close bond that I treasure deeply. My daughter Leasha passed away in 2011 at the age of 14 due to influenza and pneumonia. Losing her was the hardest chapter of my life, but her vibrant personality continues to inspire me every day. You’ll find her spirit lovingly stitched into many of my designs — especially the bright & colorful designs which carry her playful, creative energy.
When I’m not sewing, Joe and I love to hit the road in our Ice Castle RV, exploring the beauty of Minnesota, Kansas, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Missouri. We’re big fans of camping under the stars and discovering local wineries and breweries along the way — it’s our favorite way to unwind and reconnect.
